Osteopathy is a gentle hands-on therapy where treatments restore normal motions mechanics in the body. The goal is to help the body function as a dynamic unit and improve drainage and supply of blood and other fluids in the body. This helps the body self-heal and self-regulate, according to its natural physiological capabilities.

Appointments are 30-45 minutes minutes long, and the treatment itself is around 20 minutes. This helps prevent over-treatment, and gives plenty of time to make changes with adjustment.

(Note: No treatments will be available the week of July 29-August 3, 2024)
